During Hanukkah, we celebrate miracles, ancient and modern. This Thursday, December 7 at 5:45 pm, light the first candle of Hanukkah with Or Shalom on our giant Hanukkiah during the Bernal Heights Holiday Stroll. Then come inside for a warm drink and write a postcard to Governor Newsom. Last year, a miracle happened: we won federal climate funding! Ask the governor to spend the money on every community in California to make great miracles happen this year: clean air to breathe, good, green jobs, and a just, livable future. We'll provide the postcards!
