As we close out our Youth & Family Programming for the year, we invite everyone to join us at Ocean Beach for a culminating celebration! We will mark this special occasion on Lag B’Omer, a holiday celebrated with bonfires, haircuts, fun & games! Join us at 6 PM for dinner (most likely pizza), followed by some learning about the holiday, presentations from our students, play time on the beach and optional sunset-watching for those who want to stay late (Sunset is at 8:13 PM)!

Bring with you beach chairs, beach blankets, towels, beach games, layers and more.

Please navigate to Ocean Beach Fire Pits on Thursday. There is a parking lot there and we'll be on the beach right in front of the parking. We'll aim to be in front of Stairwell #17, but we'll see what's available.

We'd love your help setting up and cleaning up! If you're able to come a little early or stay a little late, and you can help us schlep some thing to and from cars, please sign up HERE.

This is a program for families who have been involved with Or Shalom Youth & Family Programs this year: toddler gatherings, the Sunday Family Program, Or Shalom Community School, the Alef Bet class, the B’Mitzvah program and the pilot Teen program — but all are welcome!
