Join R’ Faryn, LGBTQIA+ lay leaders, and the Or Shalom Music Ensemble for a Pride Shabbat centering queer and trans experience in our community, filled with music, reflection, and celebration.

We’ll explore what it means to celebrate Pride in this time of increased targeting and scapegoating of queer and trans people, meditate on belonging, pray for the healing of queer and trans folks the world over, and mourn those we have lost. We will also hear a D’var Torah from Vyvyan entitled “From Grasshoppers to Locusts: Claiming Collective Power."

After services, we’ll walk across the street to Wild Side West, a legendary lesbian bar, for drinks and Oneg Shabbat.
