Join us for an info session about Or Shalom’s Community School and Sunday Family Program offerings!

🌊 Or Shalom Community School (OSCS) meets Tuesdays, 4:30–6pm, at our building in Bernal Heights. Designed for 1st–6th graders, OSCS invites students to dig deep into hands-on Jewish ritual practice and community-building.

This year’s theme is Mayim / Water — exploring the powers and histories of this great source of life in Jewish thought and practice! We’ll be diving into the powers of water from Shabbat to the mikveh to Havadalah, explore the ways water weaves through Jewish time and histories, and embody how the flow of water guides us toward healing and change. Through hands-on exploration, critical thinking, creativity, our children build meaningful connections to tradition, place, friends, and self.

🌿 Sunday Family Program meets monthly for community-centered, experiential adventures in and around San Francisco. Families explore Jewish life today through art, nature, and community — discovering what Judaism looks like in our lives and the world around us. Open to all families; no membership required!

There will be a short share about each program and plenty of time for questions. All are welcome — see you soon!
